Due to the nature of our print-on-demand products, which are custom-made for each order, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. Each item is created specifically for you, making it unique and not eligible for return.

However, we understand that issues may arise. If you experience any problems with your order, please contact us directly, and we will address your concerns on a case-by-case basis to ensure your satisfaction.

Refund Policy for Paint & Sip Classes

Cancellations for Paint & Sip classes can be made up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled event for a full refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made after this period, as well as "No-shows" for the event, are non-refundable.

We encourage you to reach out to us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend, and we will do our best to accommodate any changes within the allowed time frame.
